Less than $ 3,000 = 2.9% + $ 0.30
$ 3,000 - $ 9,999.99 = 2.5% + $ 0.30
$ 10,000 - $ 99,999.99 = 2.2% + $ 0.30
$ 100,000 or more = 1.9% + $ 0.30
